Rebecca Penney, an Inuk from Chesterfield Inlet, brings deep knowledge of Inuit language, culture, and community connections through her experience in education, cultural advising, and translation services. David Penney brings over 20 years of experience in education, government leadership, logistics, and project management, with a strong background coordinating large-scale training initiatives and conferences across Nunavut.

With expertise in project planning, stakeholder engagement, travel coordination, and event delivery, David specializes in ensuring projects are organized, efficient, and successfully delivered in remote northern environments.
Inuit Language & Cultural Specialist / Translation Services
Rebecca Penney is an Inuk from Chesterfield Inlet, Nunavut, with extensive experience in education, cultural advising, and Inuktitut translation services. Fluent in Inuktitut and English, she provides culturally grounded translation and bilingual communication support for government departments, conferences, training programs, and community initiatives.
